The Challenge: While there is Alberta-based literature covering opportunities for increasing Advance Care Planning (ACP) awareness, more can be done to implement a solution. Design can play an important role in making ACP top-of-mind.

The Outcome: In this project, I finalized ACP touchpoints, and character illustrations.

The Design: Using a simple, attractive style which focuses on opportunities the design is a approachable look and feel. Designers have experience with interface best practices, and overall sensibility for colour, form, and visual hierarchy. These techniques were applied to strengthen this creative design.
